Getting in touch

Email help@rota92.com with what happened and what you expected instead. If you can, send it from the app: Profile, then Tell us what you think. That route carries your build number, which is the first thing anyone needs to help you.

Something on a doorstep went wrong

If a listing is unsafe, offensive, not actually free, or simply gone, open it and tap Report this listing. Two independent flags pull a listing straight away, pending a look from us. The person who left it out is never told who reported them.

Someone is bothering you

Block them. It is in the message thread under the More button, and on any listing under Block whoever left this out. A block is silent and symmetric: neither of you sees the other's listings, the thread between you closes, and they are not told. You can undo it any time from Account, and nothing about it is sent to anyone else. If someone is threatening you or you feel unsafe, contact your local emergency services first and then email us.

Your neighborhood is still locked

An area opens once enough people nearby have the app, which is how a first pickup is never a stranger on an empty street. The locked screen shows how many more it is waiting on, and invites from that screen are what move the number.

Ambers, jars and refunds

An amber is a stake inside the app. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so refunds go through Apple: use Report a Problem on your receipt, or reportaproblem.apple.com. If a jar you paid for never arrived in your app, email us and we will sort it out.

Deleting your account

Account, then Delete account. Everything goes dark immediately and is purged fourteen days later. In those fourteen days you can change your mind from inside the app. There is nothing to email us about and no form to fill in.
